We spent Easter at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast spread that included a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot drinks. the location couldn't be better - situated right in the heart of old town, we were able to easily explore all the nearby attractions and restaurants. The spacious and cozy room was also a major plus.
There were a couple of negative aspects. the bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were quite flat.

The hotel was easy to find and had free parking. the spacious and airy room provided a lovely experience, and the breakfast had a wonderful array of options to choose from. the key location gave us a great opportunity for romantic walks and admiring picturesque buildings.
the tiny TV and stingy amount of bedding made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

Excellent location, walking distance to attractions. Wonderful breakfast with variety. Convenient outlets and light switches by bed. Charming and friendly staff. Spacious and clean room.

The bed at Hotel Freyhof was comfortable, nice for a restful night's sleep. The shower in the room was a highlight, offering no leaks and convenient adjustments for temperature and flow. The breakfast spread was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Everything was really good, from the spotlessly clean and modern room with an airy and light atmosphere, to the great location and central position in the heart of this historic city. The breakfast offered a wonderful array of offerings which were all quite good.

The hotel's location next to the cathedral and close to the city center makes it easily accessible. the spacious and airy rooms, comfortable beds, and spotlessly clean bathrooms make for a pleasant stay along with a good breakfast. the next door restaurant is a plus for the hotel guests.
The language barrier added to the stress, and we were forced to find cash in a hurry.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, the location couldn't be better. It is right in the center, next to the cathedral, and close to all the attractions. I loved being able to explore the old city center on foot and the fact that the University and HZDR campuses were within walking distance was a bonus.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.
